1. No Refund Policy:  Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds. Our Ai Concierge services are performed immediately upon payment and account activation. Once you gain access to our platform and services begin, work on your website and business listings, the service has been delivered.

2.  Service Delivery:  Our services include immediate access to our platform, business listing management, optimization, Ai hub, Localvee portal and analytics. These digital services are delivered instantly upon subscription activation and cannot be "returned" like physical products. Work begins immediately with website analysis, optimization, and ongoing campaigns.

3. Subscription Management:  Most of our services operate on a subscription basis. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for the current billing period.

4. Our Commitment to Quality:  While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to delivering the best possible results and service experience. 8. Chargebacks:  Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and potential additional fees. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any billing concerns.

9. Service Credits:  In rare cases of extended service outages or significant technical issues on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits to extend your subscription period. Service credits cannot be refunded and must be used within 12 months of issuance.

10. Timeline Expectations:  Results typically take a few hours to propagate and a few weeks to show significant improvement. This is an industry standard timeline due to search engine processing and competition factors. Our no-refund policy accounts for this natural timeline of  effectiveness.
