1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our review management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services We provide business listing management, review generation, reputation monitoring, analytics, artificial intelligence concierge and related services. Our services are designed to help businesses manage their online presence , customer feedback, and customer support.

3. Account Registration You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use our services to send spam, harass individuals, violate platform policies, engage in fraudulent activities, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable laws. You may only request reviews from legitimate customers.

5. Customer Data and Privacy You represent that you have proper consent to use customer information with our services. You're responsible for complying with privacy laws regarding customer data. We act as a processor of your customer data.

6. Intellectual Property Our services, including software, designs, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us license to use it in providing services.

7. Payment Terms Fees are charged according to your selected plan. Payments are due in advance. We may suspend services for non-payment. Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We're not liable for third-party platform changes that affect functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of services, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination Either party may terminate with written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations. Upon termination, you'll lose access to services, though data export may be available for a limited time.

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California.

13. Changes to Terms We may modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
